Check your internet connection and verify your account credentials. Force-quit the app and try again. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and app version and we'll get you back in.
Make sure you're running the latest version of TOGA. On iOS, go to Settings → your name → Password & Security and confirm Sign in with Apple is enabled. If it still fails, contact support with a screenshot and your device details.
Check your internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If content remains unavailable after a few minutes, please email us with the specific quiz or lesson name, your device model, and app version.
Email us a description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, and TOGA app version. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful and speed up our investigation.
To delete your account, please submit a request using our Account Deletion Form. We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
